Day 0 — kickoff
Drop the archive
Email a Drive link or zip. CSM ingests. Roster CSV in any shape.
You do: 1 email.
We do: dedupe, face-detect, event-cluster.
Day 7 — first batch live
One pilot batch goes live
Reviewed events. Roster matched. Find-yourself emails go out.
You do: approve event labels.
We do: invite copy, sender setup, deliverability.
Day 14 — claims roll in
First reunion thread
Alumni claim faces, comment on photos, classmate roster fills out.
You do: nothing. Watch the dashboard.
We do: moderation, reminders, bug triage.
Day 30 — first referral
Warm-referral flywheel starts
First job posted by an alum, first sponsor conversation, first event RSVP funnel.
You do: introduce sponsor leads.
We do: CRM, follow-ups, reporting.
What you DON'T need

- A new vendor procurement cycle (pilot is design-partner agreement)
What we ask from you
- One named champion (alumni-relations or placement cell)
- One Drive link or shared folder of event photos
- One CSV with name + email + batch + dept
- 30 minutes a week for 4 weeks
CSM cadence
- Day 0: kickoff call
- Days 1–7: daily Slack/email
- Days 8–30: weekly review
- Day 30: dashboard walkthrough + Q1 plan
